Overdraft Privilege Service
At a Glance
A convenient overdraft consideration for eligible Legends Bank personal checking account customers, to assist our customers in cases when they made an honest mistake in their checkbook, found themselves "a little short", or had unusual or unforeseen expenses at just the wrong time. This discretionary service can help to avoid high charges from merchants for returned checks, and gives our customers additional flexibility in managing their funds.
Features
The service represents a discretionary courtesy or privilege on behalf of Legends Bank to pay overdrafts of up to $350 on eligible free checking accounts, and up to $700 on all other types of eligible accounts (regular checking, NOW accounts and Budgeteer accounts), rather than automatically returning unpaid all overdraft items.

Fees
Legends Bank will charge its normal fee of $20 for each overdraft item that is paid.
