IT Support (Full Time – will also consider Part Time)

Legends Bank is looking for a Full/Part Time IT Support position at the Linn Main Bank.

Duties include:

  • Install, configure, and maintain individual workstation computers, and other related equipment, devices, and systems.  Assist with coordination of Windows networks, file servers, network cabling, etc.
  • Add or upgrade, and configure disk drives, printers, and related equipment.
  • Answer, evaluate and prioritize incoming telephone, voicemail, and email requests for assisting internal customers that have questions related to PC hardware, software, networking, applications, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assist end users with password resets and general IT troubleshooting.
  • Research issues and questions via support providers, internet, and peers.
  • Perform and/or oversee software and application installation and upgrades.
  • Maintain Active Directory and other system accounts for all Bank employees.
  • Provide telephone or remote IT support as needed.
  • Travel to other branches as needed.
  • Accept assignments as required to maintain adequate staffing levels throughout branch system.
  • 5+ years of previous IT support required
  • Other duties as assigned.
